Detailed Process
1. Consultation & Brief
Every project starts with a clear understanding of your needs. We review room sizes, design inspiration, budget, and timeline goals. Whether you provide floor plans, sketches, or just ideas, we translate them into a workable brief.
2. Design & Quotation
Our design team creates a layout and elevations tailored to your space. Once finalized, we issue a firm written quotation that locks your production cost until shipping. Shipping is billed separately at actual cost only.
3. Samples
Before production, we prepare finish swatches on mahogany. These can be photographed or physically mailed on request. This ensures your chosen color or stain is confirmed before full-scale finishing begins.
4. Shop Drawings
We supply CAD and 3D shop drawings for your approval. This stage often includes revisions until everything is correct. A small design deposit applies, which is fully credited toward your order once confirmed.
5. Production
Once drawings are signed off, production begins.
- Typical lead time: 8–10 weeks for a complete kitchen set
- Smaller projects or single-room orders may be faster
- Larger or highly custom projects may take longer
6. Reporting
We keep you updated with weekly photos and video reports directly from the factory floor. You’ll see your cabinets being built step by step—an important reassurance for international buyers.
7. QC, Packing & Export
Every cabinet undergoes a quality control inspection before leaving the factory. Then we:
- Foam-wrap all surfaces
- Add corner guards and internal bracing
- Crate or palletize for export, designed to withstand long sea transport
8. Shipping Time
Transit from Indonesia to major U.S. ports averages 4 weeks by ocean freight. We prepare all necessary export documents and assist with customs clearance as required.
9. Delivery & Install
Once cleared at port, your shipment is trucked to your location. Installation is handled by your local contractor or installer. To make this smooth, we:
- Label all components clearly
- Provide an installation guide with drawings
- Ensure fittings and hardware are pre-aligned for easy assembly
10. Shipping Options
We support both:
- LCL (Less than Container Load): For smaller orders consolidated with other shipments
- FCL (Full Container Load): 20′ or 40′ containers for larger orders or multiple rooms
We can coordinate with your freight forwarder, or recommend reliable partners we’ve worked with for years.
